TapCal Submissions

TapCal is the only global community-sourced calendar for tap dance events. Dancers, teachers, presenters, and producers are all welcome to submit events that celebrate the art of tap dance for inclusion in the calendar.

You will need a FREE Tap Legacy membership, and submissions are reviewed before posting. Review the guidelines and process below, sign-up for membership, and submit your event!

Events are included in the monthly TapCal newsletter.

Guidelines

PROCESS

TapCal events are revued and curated by humans to ensure the best possible user experience.
  1. Submission – when you submit your event it enters our system. Our team will be notified and you can begin tracking your event status in the My Events section of your members portal. You will see the event status listed as "Submitted."
  2. Revue – A team member will revue your event and reach out if any additional information or clarifications are needed. During this time your event will be listed as "Being Reviewed."
  3. Posting – Once your event clears the review process it will be posted. You will receive a notification email, see your event on TapCal, and its status will be listed as "Posted."
Depending on the amount of information in your submission the review process can take 7-10 days. Please consider this when submitting your events, especially if it is your first one!
