Donald O’Connor Wilbur McMurty performs the 1927 songĀ Me and My Shadow in the 1948 filmĀ Feudin’, Fussin’ and a-Fightin’.

The film was Directed by George Sherman and produced by UPI Co. Inc.

The story is of a foot-race between the feuding towns of Rim Rock and Big Bend happens annually. Rim Rock lacks the talent & it looks like Big Bend is once again going to win the annual event. Into this tangled situation walks traveling salesman Wilbur McMurtry Donald O’Connor. When he proves to be very light on his feet, Wilbur is kidnapped by the townsfolk and ordered to run on behalf of Rim Rock .

Enjoy O’Connor’s Triple threat talent, watch and listen to his every move and step. Musicality is what it is all about.
